When should you arrive:

EVERYONE should register on-line before arriving at the Phoenix Convention Center. On-line registration will be available all the way through SOLAR 2010. Everyone MUST have a registrant badge to participate in SOLAR 2010. When you arrive at the Phoenix Convention Center, you must check-in for your registration badge, tickets and final program.

Additional educational and networking opportunities that require separate registration include Special Events, Workshops and Tours. These events are open to anyone, and you DO NOT have to register for the Conference or Solar Success to register for a workshop, tour or special event.

Special Events include luncheons, dinners, the conference social event, and other events that require separate registration. Some special events are included in your conference registration. You do not have to register for the conference to register yourself or your spouse for a special event.

Workshops provide a more detailed and structured treatment of relevant topics in a much longer format that 90 minute conference sessions. Workshops are typically four or eight hours long. Workshops require separate fees and registration. You do not have to register for the conference to sign up for a workshop.

Tours highlight local attractions and renewable energy installations. Tours require separate registration. You do not have to register for the conference to sign up for a tour.

Public Events
We offer Public Day Registration for members of the public interested in finding out about solar energy for your home or business, which includes a pass to the Exhibit Hall and access to a full day of presentations and events - all for only $5.

Public Events will include consumer-oriented workshops, films, local celebrities, and ASES Chapter Activities, as well as admission to the Exhibit Hall for a $5 fee. Public Events will take place on Saturday, May 22.
